希捷7200.11硬盘推单碟320GB型号

希捷3.5寸硬盘在全球市场占有率不言而喻，其高端桌面Barracuda 7200.11系列以往从500GB起跳，仅有500GB、750GB和1TB三种容量，单碟容量均为250GB。而在三星和西部数据相继推出单碟300GB以上产品后，希捷也不甘寂寞。日前在希捷官方网站上就已经悄然出现了单碟320GB版本7200.11。
该硬盘编号为ST3320613AS，容量320GB，采用单碟设计，SATA 3.0Gb/s接口，16MB缓存，号称持续数据传输率高达115MB/s。其他规格方面，峰值耗电量12Vx2.0A，寻道功率9W，运行平均功率8.3W，待机功率5.3W。运行状态下耐冲击65G，非运行状态下350G。待机噪音25dB，寻道噪音26dB。该硬盘厚度仅20mm，重量为380g。
目前还没有ST3320613AS何时上市以及价格的消息。

现在发布的只是单碟技术，什么时候单碟技术达到500G的时候就1TB准备主流了。
