ESET NOD32 v2系列常见问题集(FAQ)

更新时提示“下载中断”或者下载速度很慢




 如果您在更新时下载速度很慢,需要花费很长时间,或者出现以下画面,这可能是由于您的网络状况不稳定引起的.您可以通过以下两种方法来解决: 
 1. 设置国内更新服务器 
 2. 设置官方代理服务器来更新. 
 注意：ESET NOD32的国内升级服务器和代理服务器是不能同时使用的，如果同时使用将出现“连接服务器被拒。” <img src="http://www.v195.cn/wt_img/clip_image004.jpg" border="0"> 国内升级服务器设置方法： 
 1.打开ESET NOD32控制中心，点击导航中的“更新”，打开更新面板； <img src="http://www.v195.cn/wt_img/faq_01.jpg" border="0"> 2.点击更新面板中的“设定”，然后点击“服务器”按钮，打开自定义服务器对话框。点击“新增”，输入“http://u1.nod32cn.com”（注意U后面的是数字1），然后点击确定；<img src="http://www.v195.cn/wt_img/faq_02.jpg" border="0"> 3.返回设置窗口后，在“服务器”下拉列表中选择刚才新增的服务器（http://u1.nod32cn.com），然后在“使用者名称”和“密码”中填入您的用户名和密码，依次点击“确定”返回就可以 <img src="http://www.v195.cn/wt_img/faq_03.jpg" border="0"> 除了以上手动设置方法，我们为您提供了更加方便快捷的设置，请点击“<a href="http://www.nod32cn.com/softdown/reg/cn_update.rar">cn_update.rar</a>

我的ESET NOD32图标变了红色, 怎么办?
 您的 ESET NOD32 图标变了红色<img src="http://www.eset.com.cn/UpFile/image/Images/pics/nod_help/83/clip_image002_0004.jpg" border="0">, 原因是您没有启动 ESET NOD32 的文件实时监控 (AMON), 请按以下方法启动 AMON。先点击位于系统托盘（桌面右下角）的NOD32 图标，然后选择“AMON”。 <img src="http://www.eset.com.cn/UpFile/image/Images/pics/nod_help/83/clip_image004_0001.jpg" border="0"> <img src="http://www.eset.com.cn/UpFile/image/Images/pics/nod_help/83/clip_image006.jpg" border="0"> 在新弹出的窗口中, 选择“安全”选项卡，并勾选“开机时自动加载AMON”，不要勾选“允许手动停止”，然后选择“确定” <img src="http://www.eset.com.cn/UpFile/image/Images/pics/nod_help/83/clip_image008.jpg" border="0"> 完成设定后, 重启动计算机, 您应该看到 ESET

如何进入安全模式进行查杀病毒？





 
 
 如有需要, 请把本页打印出来,

提示“ESET NOD32与核心服务沟通失败”，怎么办？





 
 您可以尝试停止 “WebClient”　服务。具体步骤如下：右击
 “我的计算机”，选择 “管理”，在 “计算机管理”
 的窗口，打开 “服务及应用程序”
 的树状目录，选择 “服务”，在右边的“服务”项目列表中寻找
 “WebClient” ，右击它，选择 “属性” ，在
 “常规”选项卡中，将启动类型由 “自动”
 改为 “手动”，然后重新启动您的计算机。

如何进行全系统扫描及清除病毒

NOD32升级又一新方法(使用香港服务器) —— NOD32 2.7代理服务器设置





 
 NOD32
是一款非常优秀的杀毒软件，获奖无数，大家可以到其官方网站上查阅。笔者作为老牌的NOD32用户，此次重装系统的时候却忘了备份病毒库了，因此只能装完
系统之后进行自动更新，但其更新的蜗牛速度却令笔者非常不爽。如图1，下载的速度只有1.83k/sec，笔者所用的带宽为电信所提供，就是大家通常所说
的1M的ADSL。

 　　但令笔者最无法接受的还是病毒库还没有更新完成的时候，却跳出一个“下载中断”的对话框来，笔者这几天试过了好多次，每次的结果都是如此，如图2。

 　　遇到如此问题，笔者不愿意舍弃这“心爱”的NOD32，又不愿意坐着等病毒来宰割，因此只有另想他法了。 
 
笔者到网上一搜索，发现原来大家都遇到了如此的问题，此时笔者灵机一动，知道这些所谓的大牌厂商都是对大陆的用户有歧视的。假如这个问题在香港也存在，那
么香港的同胞们肯定能够得到应有的礼遇的，那笔者就应该到NOD32香港官方站去寻求解决的方法，沾一下香港同胞的光了。 
 
 　　原因：NOD32香港官方网站：“可能因為網絡連線很不穩定,所以有這個問題出現。”

如何清除System Volume Information目录下的病毒

 扫描时发现 "System
 Volume Information" 中的文件感染病毒。 
 请在扫描前先关闭“系统还原”然后再执行扫描。操作步骤如下： 
 
 1 . 右击“我的电脑”，然后选择“属性”。 
 2 . 单击“系统还原”选项卡。 
 3 . 选中“关闭系统还原”或“关闭所有驱动器上的系统还原”。 
 4 . 单击“应用”，然后单击“确定”。 
 5 .
 提示会将之前所有的还原点清除。单击“是”。 
 6 . 单击“确定”。

发现不能清除或删除的病毒





 
 有时候,
 您会发现一些病毒不能被清除或删除,
 原因是这些病毒正在运作中。就好像您打开了一个
 Microsoft Word 的文件时,
 您不能把它删除或重新命名一样。这个时候,您可以进入安全模式,
 在病毒不运行的时候,
 来把它删除。但如果您发现有些文件在安全模式都不能删除,
 很有可能这些是压缩文件。在预设的情况下,
 ESET NOD32
 不会删除有病毒的压缩文件。您可以透过以下设定,
 让 ESET NOD32 删除有病毒的压缩文件。注:
 在设定中我们会勾选“复制到隔离区”,
 如果您的重要文件被删除了, 也可以在 ESET NOD32
 隔离区中恢复。 
 首先, 开启 ESET NOD32
 控制中心, 选择 “NOD32”, 再点击“深入分析”

 1. 开启 ESET NOD32 控制中心 ，按下方的

安装nod32后不能上网或imon不能加载





 　 参考以下解决办法:  nod32控制中心->imon->设定->其他(杂项)
 ->修复

NOD32扫描磁盘MBR区发生错误





 
 
 遇到同类问题时,可以忽略nod32的错误报告.如果要进一步检查,请右键我的电脑->属性->硬件项->设备管理器，查看在磁盘驱动器下有那些设备 
 
 比如品牌机自带的一些读卡器或记忆棒接口,会出现在驱动器项目下,禁用之后问题解决

NOD32优化设置教程





 　
 使用NOD32已经有很长一段时间了,当初选择了它是因为资源占用很小，完全感觉不到其在后台的运行；检测病毒的能力很强。 
 
 
 下面我把NOD32 2.51.26中文封装版本的有效设置写成教程分享给大家。 
 
 1、文件的设定： 
 a:检测
 去掉软盘、关机、单机使用去掉网络（用于局域网共享的检测）。

 b:选项全选。 
         c:操作
 选择自动清除（要是按默认的话你就有的忙了） 
         d:排除默认 
         f:安全
 去掉启用病毒库实时升级，剩下全选。 
 
 2、文档的设定： 
         a:设置
 列出所有文件不选，剩下全选。 
         b:操作
 如果出现警告选清除，如无法清除选删除且复制到隔离区，以防重要的含毒文件丢失下拉的内容相同。 
 （注文档设定:你要是不用MS office的话就可以关闭）

 3、邮件的设定：(不使用MS
 OUTLOOK EXPREES 的可以关闭)  a:检测全选。

 选将邮件移动到已删除文件夹 
        
 （其它的按默认） 
 4、网络的设定： 
         a:POP3
 默认(不使用OUTLOOK EXPREES 的可以关闭) 
         b:HTTP 兼容性设置里将高兼容性全部改为高效能。以前总有人说NOD32防木马很垃圾，其实主要还是这里没有设置高效能的原因。 
         c:杂项
 选把企图入侵的攻击记录到临控日志中，在扫描器里的设定与文件里相同,关键在操作里的:如无法清除时选断开连接 
     这是NOD32防毒能力在网络数据传输的关键所在。

 5、扫描的设定：我只设定深层分析 
         a:操作文件
 清除，无法清除选删除+复制到隔离区 
 引导区清除无法清除选取代 
 压缩文件清除，无法清除选删除+复制到隔离区 
 自解压缩文件清除，无法清除选删除+复制到隔离区 
 （剩下的按默认） 
 
 关于NOD32的局域网升级设置 
     1、在文件服务器里设置一个共享文件夹建立一个用户名和权限（读写）。 
     2、使用一台单机更新病毒库并在共享文件夹里建立镜像。 
     3、在通过局域网更新病毒库的单机添加共享文件夹路径(如格式：\\192.168.1.2\UP)在使用者名称和密码填入共享文件夹的用户名和密码
 ，在高级里，选局域网络服务器连接设置，选择使用当前用户
 ，否则无法通过局域网升级

如何排除对某些文件或者文件夹的扫描





 　
 在 ESET NOD32 控制中心，“安全威胁保护模块”
 中的 “AMON”，选择 “设定”>>“排除”>>添加>>把您想要排除的文件或文件夹添加进去>>确定；安全威胁保护模块”
 中的“IMON”，选择 “设定”>>“其它”>>排除“编辑”>>添加>>把您需要排除的可执行文件添加到此处>>确定。

 - reboot the machine (you'll get an error loading resident
 protection, just ignore it) 
 - update ESET NOD32

 - rebooting the machine and try to update ESET NOD32 again

关于文件被锁定,无法打开的问题





 　
 做系统扫描时,会出现以下文件被锁定,无法打开的字样,这是由于这些文件为系统页面文件,作为系统虚拟内存被系统调用中,因此无法打开;另外,一些密码保护文件也无法打开,同样在这里显示. <img src="http://i30.tinypic.com/9bgpid.jpg" border="0"> 文件被锁定,无法打开,是所有杀软都会遇到的,但很少有杀软会做出提示,nod32就是直接提示的.简单地说,这种情况是正常现象,您的系统正由nod32全面保护,请不必担心.
