<P></P><BR><STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> 主板散热改造<BR><BR></FONT></FONT></STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 现实中我们无法买到CPU装在背面的主板,只能对现有主板进行改造。为了降低改造的难度,笔者选用了华硕的P5B-VM集成主板。之所以选择这块主板,是因为内存插槽和24针电源插槽位于主板中间三个安装孔的下方,而这两类插槽是必须保留的,不容易改造。</FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000></FONT></FONT></FONT>

<P align=center><STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"></FONT></FONT></STRONG></P><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 要让CPU直接贴在大型铝散热片上,必须拆除内存插槽上方所有比CPU高的部件。如此一来,PCI插槽就没办法保留了(图3)。拆下的部件被一一对应安装到主板的背面(图4)。</FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000></FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 接下来对照主板安装孔的位置,在散热器上开出螺丝孔。由于该主板上CPU供电电路的开关三极管与CPU差不多高,且非常脆弱,难以改装到主板背面,因此笔者只好为CPU垫了一块4mm厚的铝片,而南、北桥芯片垫了两块4mm厚的铝片。注意,为了减小CPU与散热片之间的热阻,最好选用面积大的金属垫片,并涂好导热硅脂(图5)。将散热片安装到主板上后,<SPAN class=t_tag onclick=tagshow(event) href="tag.php?name=%BF%AA%BB%FA">开机</SPAN>测试一下,看主板能否正常工作。</FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><BR>

<P></P><BR><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><BR></FONT></FONT><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 低音炮的箱体是不允许漏气的,所有外接的接口处都要进行气密处理。笔者用一块3mm厚的废旧铝板制作了一个接口板(图6),并对缝隙用硅胶进行了密封。原打算将PCI-E插槽也用排线接出来,而且采用和主板一样的方法改造显卡(即让GPU直接贴在散热片上),但因引线太多,难度较大,只好放弃了。<BR><BR></FONT></FONT></FONT><STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> 电源散热改造<BR><BR></FONT></FONT></STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 电源的散热改造比主板的简单多了,因为Tt暗黑680电源的开关、整流管与散热片之间都有绝缘垫片,所以只要将电路板上高压部分与开关管散热片之间的电路切断,再将电源反扣在另一块大型铝散热器上,并固定好即可(图7)。<BR><BR></FONT></FONT></FONT>

<P></P><BR><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 由于原电源滤波电路的一部分是接在电源进线插座上的,因此在高压部分加装了一部分滤波电路(图8),具体方法是:将低压滤波线圈外接出来,并用硅酮导热胶粘在散热器上,这样会大大降低电源工作时的温度(最好将主变压器和低压部分的滤波线圈全部外接出来)。</FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000></FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"> 功放部分改造<BR><BR></FONT></FONT></STRONG><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000> 图9是笔者用TDA1521纯手工制作的2.1功放电路,其中电路板是用雕刻刀手工刻制的(图10)。当然,如果你对功放电路不太熟悉,可直接购买12V的车用成品功放。</FONT></FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="宋体 "><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt"><FONT color=#000000></FONT></FONT></FONT><BR>
